shifts in the LogReport team

There have been shifts in the LogReport team: At November 1, 2002, Josh
Koenig will no longer work on a contract basis for LogReport.  He'll
likely continue contributing bits and pieces as time goes on, and will
continue selling LogReport.com consultancy.

Since November 1, Joost van Baal has decreased his weekly payed hours
spent on LogReport work.  (He started working for the Tilburg University
in The Netherlands.)

This means we've lost about 3 payed man-days per week.  (Francis and
Wessel will continue their payed work for LogReport at the same rate.)

However, we plan to stick up to our current Roadmap (
http://logreport.org/pub/lire-1.2rc1/doc/roadmap/ ).  Within a few days,
Lire 1.2 will get released.  Late February 2003 we'll ship Lire 2.0.

We are eager to get this job done.

We thank our volunteers, especially Edwin Groothuis and Arnaud Taddei,
for their help, and we hope they'll continue supporting us in our
LogReport and Lire development.  More volunteer help is welcome always,
