Lire 1.2.1 is released (Important bug fix)

An important bug was discovered in the 1.2 release that was
made last Friday.

The 1.2 release doesn't load the $prefix/etc/lire/defaults.local file.
This means that the system configuration done with lr_config isn't taken
into account when you run Lire. This also means that lr_cron isn't
probably going to work.

This is the only changes with 1.2

The update is available from http://www.logreport.org/pub

The RPMS were also updated.
