Scheduled downtime LogReport server, shifts in the LogReport team and board

15:00:00 +0200 the LogReport server, hibou.logreport.org, will be
offline.  Mail to one of the LogReport addresses, including the lists
and responders, will get queued at your site.  The main website will be
unreachable.  (The download server will still be available:
http://download.logreport.org/pub/ is hosted elsewhere.)

We are moving hibou from Eindhoven, The Netherlands to Amsterdam, The
Netherlands: The NLnet Labs foundation (http://www.nlnetlabs.nl/, of the
NSD Name Server Daemon (http://www.nlnetlabs.nl/nsd/) fame, a.o.)  has
offered LogReport to share their rackspace with us.  LogReport gladfully
accepts this very generous offer.  Thanks NLnet Labs people!


On February 28, 2003, Joost van Baal's payed contract with LogReport
ended, and on June 30, 2003, Wessel Dankers' payed contract ended.
Both Wessel and Joost however plan to keep doing work for the project,
by donating volunteer contributions.


At the last LogReport board meeting, on July 3rd, a new board got
elected.  Teus Hagen will no longer be a member of the board; Joost got
elected as a new board member.  Teus however will keep doing work for
the project, as an advisor to the board.  Wytze van der Raay and Jakob
Schripsema will continue their positions in the board.
