Yes.

I don't know the exim logformat.  I have no easy access to a machine
running exim.  It would be nice to support it, and I don't think it'll
be a lot of work.  Otoh: we should also activate the ipfilter convertor.
It's not in the distribution now, reporting scripts still need to be
written for it.  It might be wise to first finish that.
