Non XML tool for generating ASCII report from XML

Because the next step (after XML output) is a rewrite of Lire's internal
so the internal format is XML, tools are needed for converting XML output
to ASCII.

In the distribution of this weekend a XSLT stylesheet is included to convert
the XML to ASCII output with the use of a XSLT processor. Today a tool
was uploaded (lr_xml2ascii) to CVS that can do this also without any XML
libraries or tools needed.

This script can be considered a small footprint script, with limited 
possibilities, though it should provide the same functionality as the scripts
of this weekend's distribution.
