can't generate pdf from apache combined log (huge bugreport)

I see.  I installed the docbook-xml .deb, and it actually works :)
I am able to generate pdf now.  Still loads of warning while running

Perhaps the error message suppressing version from the jade command
should be in the README?  Or is the .dbx file broken, and should
we fix that?
