incompatibility between lr_rawmail2mail and responder

The version of lr_rawmail2mail contained in the current release of the
lire software (20010329) is not compatible anymore with the messages
returned by the automatic mail responders at logreport.org.
The 20010329 version assumes xml-formatted messages, while the currently
installed responders are returning ascii format.
The result of running lr_rawmail2mail is an empty report in that case :-(

Note that upgrading the logreport responders to running the 20010329
release of the software will break compatibility with clients using
previous versions of the software. so some clear warnings are probably
called for here ...
