new responder on <service>.logreport.org

Hi,

I just installed a new responder on the logreport.org machine.
This should fix problems with snapshot releases running on the
client side.  People running e.g. the lire-20010329 client had 
problems processing anonimized reports.  (So: yes Wytze, you
should receive nice reports from now on.)

This is related to the change of the internal lire format to 
XML.  Please note that therefore, running the stable lire client 
and sending anonimized logs to the logreport responder will give
bogus reports.  People running the lire-20010318 client should 
upgrade.

We hope to release a new stable lire within some days.
