Documentation in DocBook XML (developer.xml)

 I started conversion of txt docs to DocBook...
 Developer.txt is now partly converted. It will take about 2 hours
 per doc. 

 Please update service/doc/source/developer.xml instead
 of service/doc/developer.txt from now on...

 Attached is the resulting PDF file.
 Note that other formats, among the important TXT are available...
