A filter between the

 head -10 | lr_querycalc2xml

would do the trick in a quick-and-dirty fashion.  However, I'd like to
implement this in a more generic way, and hack the dtd/logreport.dtd for
this, so that for any value specifying bytes, this could be done (and
maybe even for any value specifying time also).

Egon, maybe you could take a look at this?

Up till now we did one release per month.  I expect a new release in
