BUGS: lr_xml2pdf.dbx creates a manpage with a broken SYNOPSIS section

I've been browsing the bugs with a new release upcoming in a few weeks.
Like the one above, more descriptions are a bit cryptic, and look more like
personal notes, and like good bug reports... I am not pointing fingers, mine
aren't good as well...

Please look at those BUGS in the next week and either fix it yourself, or make
it more descriptive... 

Most bugs have a person that should do it. Below are the bugs that i should
fix, with some comment:

- normal: lr_xml2html not yet supports XHTML output (though it is documented).

  I've been working on this one, but it turned out that the XSLT tools did not
  work that well... since i have the LF article to finish, i'll close it by   
  removing reference in documentation to this option.
