Debian packages: TODO

You could suggest this on debian-devel.  There has been some
discussion about task- packages.  Currently, the list of
task- packages in debian is a bit messy.  Various ideas have
been proposed on how to fix this, iirc.  Check the archives.
(Personnally I don't think the need for a task-loganalyzer
package is very high.  Another way to promote lire in Debian
would be to get it mentioned in the securing Debian HOWTO (see
http://joker.rhwd.de/doc/Securing-Debian-HOWTO/Securing-Debian-HOWTO.html )
Getting it mentioned there gives less hassle.)

I don't know yet what the next lire .deb should look like.  I
first would like to focus on getting the next tar-ball out.
I think the current setup, just one lire package, still works
ok.  It suggests various xml tools.  If people want to use the
xml stuff, they have to change a configuration file, iirc.
I guess showing the installing user a note about this, using
debconf, would be nice.
