Pro:
+ Qt libs has more momentum
+ more people have Qt libs installed than Tk libs
+ possible KDE configuration center plugin
+ more possibilities with Qt/KDE libs (KHTML for example. 
  Help can then be in DocBook)
+ KDE frontend will probably get more attention (certainly
  if we post it as a seperate program and get it into the KDE cvs;
  KDE has an excellent PR system)

Contra:
- possible license issue for Windows port
- Qt libs are large (but larger than Tk libs?)
- no (good) Perl binding: choose between C++/python (and ruby ;)

This leads to a small advantage in favor of Qt... (for now)
