He's talking about the referer log format. which looks likes

"referer" -> "URL"

I removed support for that log file format because we can't generate a sane www
dlf file from it : It doesn't have a timestamp field. Missing timestamp field
would make lr_dlf2xml fail. I don't think those logs are really used anymore.
