You're absolutely right.  Thanks for the bugreport!  It's just been
fixed, I uploaded lire-full-20011122-unstable.tar.gz to
http://logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/ .  The fix is rather small:
just swap the lines

      $dlf{type},
      $dlf{request},

in .../libexec/lire/dns/bind9-query2dlf ; so you might prefer to
hack your old Lire installation.
