HTML chunks

Hello,
The user manual is getting larger and larger. I propose that we format
it using multiple HTML files (the chunk.xsl stylesheet). I also propose
that we use that stylesheet for all other HTML documentation (faq,
roadmap, dev-manual, etc.) There will be the problem of the .txt
documentation (it was created by running lynx -dump on the HTML file). I
propose we just drop the .txt documentation.
Now that reports can be subdivided into section (using the =section
directive), I think that HTML output (for lr_xml2html) should always be
a tar file with multiple HTML files in it (instead of the single HTML
file). This way, there wouldn't be any difference between the HTML with
images and HTML without images output format.
Any other ideas?
