docbookx.dtd requirement

The docbookx.dtd is shipped with the current FreeBSD ports collection,
so is today's "standard" version on any version of the FreeBSD operating
system.  (Just to get the impact of your message clear to all.)

You could try to force Lire to use _your_ version of the DocBook XML
DTD, by running

 ./configure --with-docbookdir=/path/to/your/4.2/docbookx.dtd

.  I don't know if typesetting pdf output using the 4.2 DTD will
succeed, I'll try this now.  BTW: you could run only the lr_xstl command
from the Lire toolchain, to do a quick-and-dirty test.  This command is
the main thing using the DTD.

4.1 is surely broken (has been discussed earlier on this list).  4.2 was
released 2002-07-17, guess it'd be cool if we support that one too.
I'll do some testing now.
