docbookx.dtd requirement

This trick works, only now it's complaining it can't find ploticus.
It's probably `ploticus' under Debian, it's `pl' under FreeBSD.

It's no problem for me, I'll just add a patch-file for it when I
finish the port, but you might run into this later for the other
BSDs
