docbookx.dtd requirement

Just did that, results with
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd look quite reasonable.
(I've just generated a PDF report, from current CVS.)  One can try it at
run-time, by adding a

 LR_DBK_XML_DTD="/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd"

to /usr/local/etc/lire/defaults.local .  However, I'm not really sure if
my test was accurate: service/all/lib/xml/stylesheet/xsl/docbook.xsl has
a hardcoded 'DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2' in it.

Francis: do you expect lots of hassle if we'd go and support the 4.2
DocBook XML DTD?  I could hack our configure.in to prefer 4.2 over
4.1.2.
