Debugging the 1.2 release

Hello everyone,

The CVS is getting ready for the 1.2 release. 

Here is what is yet to be completed:

- Update the report specifications of the following superservice 
  for the newer version of LRSML:

   email
   firewall
   ftp
   msgstore
   print
   proxy
   spamfilter
   syslog
   www

  You can look at the superservice that were already updated for  
  inspiration: database, dialup, dns, dnszone.

  The thing is basically to update the DTD version. Add ratio columns
  where appropriate. Make sure that labels are set. Remove operator
  that were there only to enable sorting of nested group.

- Fix any serious bugs in BUGS.

- Fix bugs reported to the list and which weren't added to BUGS.
