No real issue with Lire by itself, the only other minor issue
was is lr-check_prereq from lire-1.2-20021028-cvs but I notice
in Changelog that correction have been done.
In order to check the lire-1.2 releases on Solaris, I have parsed
some of my logs (squid, sendmail, bind9, iptables) with success,
but as far as I'm running lire-20020415 on my Linux log server
I can't just make a diff to compare the results, but at a first
glance it looks OK.
The issue to tun Lire on Solaris resides in required packages
that are not available for this OS, I have to create a huge
number of packages to be able to produce HTML reports with
graphics. I've written a draft document that describes the
process to compile, install and check Lire on this OS.
Sincerely
