Current Lire CVS is broken: config-defaults/lire.xml LRCML

Hi,

When trying to build Lire from CVS, doing ``make distcheck'', the build
fails:

make[4]: Entering directory

make  check-local

Checking lire.xml...failed
../../../../all/lib/config-defaults/lire.xml:8: validity error: No
declaration for attribute xmlns of element config
<config xmlns="http://www.logreport.org/LRCML/">
                                               ^
make[5]: *** [check-xml] Error 1
make[5]: Leaving directory

The problem is not in the build system itself, it seems:

joostvb at nagy:~/cv.../all/lib/config-defaults% \
 SGML_CATALOG_FILES="/home/joostvb/cvs/sf/logreport/service/catalog:/home/joostvb/cvs/sf/logreport/service/all/lib/xml/dtd/catalog" \
 xmllint --catalogs --noout --valid lire.xml
lire.xml:8: validity error: No declaration for attribute xmlns of
element config
<config xmlns="http://www.logreport.org/LRCML/">
                                               ^

I'm using xmllint as shipped with libxml2 2.5.4-1 on Debian GNU/Linux
``sid''.

This problem is in CVS for quite some time now.  How can this be fixed?
