lr_config issues

- If you select a file in a read-only directory, lr_config aborts
  without a message.

- If you create a new file, abandon all changes and exit, the file
is still written in the directory.

- If you have an empty .xml file in the current directory, lr_config
  aborts without a message:
	[~/.lire/config] edwin at k7>touch blaat.xml
	[~/.lire/config] edwin at k7>lr_config
	[~/.lire/config] edwin at k7>echo $?
	255

- It's not clear what file is expected to be edited with it? I
assumed it was .lire/config/default.xml, but that didn't really
show up in the menu to select a file. Maybe it can be added as a
  default if it doesn't exist?
