Hmm, unfortunately, the answer is more like "don't run it on Red Hat 9".

Another user reported a segfault under Red Hat 9.0. We don't know yet if
the problem lies in the XML::Parser::Expat module, the expat library
itself, perl 5.8.0 or the libc.

How was XML::Parser installed? From Red Hat provided RPMS ?

The problem doesn't seem to be related to ploticus or GD. Did you try
generated ASCII reports (this should also ends in segfault for the same
report).

Kind regards
