I un-installed the following RPM packages, and re-installed them from CPAN
sources:
perl-XML-Grove-0.46alpha-25
perl-libxml-enno-1.02-29
perl-XML-Encoding-1.01-23
perl-XML-Dumper-0.4-25
perl-XML-Twig-3.09-3
perl-XML-Parser-2.31-15
perl-libxml-perl-0.07-28
Hardware is an IBM x335 with 1 x 2GHz XEON. As for the debugging, don't
mention it. I like Lire, and I'd like to continue using it. If we can fix
this, then I can.

Yes, please try that and see if the bug still happens.

That would be the likely explanation. Otherwise, it is probably a bug in the
XML::Parser extension when using a threaded perl.
BTW, what hardware are you using? (Other user with segmentation fault is
using an Athlon/i686).
Thanks for helping debug this!
