some minor issues found (was: Re: Announcing Lire 1.4 Release Candidate 1)

I've found some minor thingies, and one slightly bigger one.

README doesn't get installed in /usr/local/share/doc/lire .  Might be
related to new autotools version.  BUGS no longer gets installed in
/usr/local/share/doc/lire .  Both files are mentioned as being installed
in lire(7).

The roadmap, as distributed with this Lire version, is obsolete.

After a clean install, I've ran:

hibou at nagy:~% lr_log2report
all all UNSET lr_environment info started with no argument
all all UNSET lr_environment debug Use of uninitialized value in hash
 element at /home/hibou/local/share/perl5/Lire/DlfConverterManager.pm
 line 98.
all all UNSET lr_environment debug invalid value for parameter
 'pdfxmltex_path':  at /home/hibou/local/libexec/lire/lr_environment line
 28

Running ~/local/libexec/lire/lr_environment shows nothing about
pdfxmltex_path.  It does show stuff like:

 lr_pdf_style='dsssl'
 pdfjadetex_path='/usr/bin/pdfjadetex'
 LR_PDFJADETEX='/usr/bin/pdfjadetex'

A recursive grep shows:

./libexec/lire/lr_check_prereq:$tag err Please install pdfxmltex.
./share/lire/defaults/lire.xml:    <param name="pdfxmltex_path"></param>
./share/lire/config-spec/lire.xml:  <lrcsml:executable name="pdfxmltex_path" section="programs" contexts="global">
./share/perl5/Lire/Config/Legacy.pm:        'LR_PDFXMLTEX' => 'pdfxmltex_path',

My config.status has:

 s%@HASPDFXMLTEX@%no%g
 s%@PATHTOPDFXMLTEX@%%g

.

I believe we should not give this ugly ``Use of uninitialized value''
error under these conditions.  If we have to die on this, we should die
at configure time.

More testing later.
