They are probably only in EXTRA_DIST. I'll check the Makefile.am to make

The 'Use unitialized'... message isn't an error message but a 'debug'
message. No users will see it unless they turn on lr_debug.
Also, this message isn't related to the pdfxmltex_path variable but to
the fact that the variable 'lr_service' isn't set. I've fixed the
function is_valid in Lire::Config::Spec::Service so that the undefined
value message doesn't happen.
