postfix convertor cleanup suggested

Hi,

Since about 20040104, postfix logs

 Jun  4 11:59:48 maximus postfix/qmgr[29208]: E432D24EA9: removed

.  I believe this change was introduced at 20040104, since at that
time it is written in the postfix changelog:

        Cleanup: the new queue manager nqmgr replaces the default
        queue manager qmgr, leaving behind a hard link for backwards
        compatibility. The old queue manager remains available as
        as oqmgr but will eventually be removed.

For sure, this behavious is present in release 2.1.1, and is not present
in release 2.0.19.

I'm pretty sure the postfix convertor now can be drastically simplified.
Now it's clear when a message has been completely dealt with.
