What you want is a sa-exim service in the spamfilter Lire superservice.
If you know a little bit of Perl, you can write a
/usr/lib/lire/convertors/sa_exim2dlf and the accompanying
/usr/share/perl5/Lire/Spamfilter/SaEximDlfConverter.pm in a day.  (While
hacking on these, you can stick them somewhere below your ~/.lire/ .)

Just look at /usr/share/doc/lire/examples/myconverter* , and at the
logic used to parse Exim-style logs in /usr/lib/lire/convertors/exim2dlf
.
