Lire produces invalid xml on accentuated search results.

Hi,

I came across a bug in lr_log2report when used on combined log files
containing search engines queries with accentuated characters. A full
bugreport with test case is available here:

This bug is currently preventing me from upgrading from version 1.2.1
(I can't reproduce the bug with this version).
