lire-2.0.1.99.1.tar.gz : prerelease for 2.0.2

Hi,

I've just build and uploaded lire-2.0.1.99.1.tar.gz to the
cvs-snapshot's area; you can fetch it from
http://download.logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/ .

This release includes more than a year of work by Francis J. Lacoste,
Wolfgang Sourdeau, Wytze van der Raay and yours truly.

Most of the work is bugfixes and documentation improvements.

It'd be cool if someone could test it, so that I can wrap up
a 2.0.2 soonish.
