lire-2.0.1.99.2.tar.gz: another prerelease for 2.0.2

Hi,

I've just build and uploaded lire-2.0.1.99.2.tar.gz to the
cvs-snapshot's area; you can fetch it from
http://download.logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/ .

Among other things, this release tries to fix Debian bug #291063: Lire
no longer crashes on Apache combined logs with referrer URLs featuring
non-utf8 encoded %-escaped characters.  See
http://bugs.debian.org/291063 and subsequent messages on this list.

I'll prepare a prerelease for the Debian package soonish.
