lire-2.0.1.99.3.tar.gz: another prerelease for 2.0.2 (preliminary Debian package available)

Hi,

I've just build and uploaded lire-2.0.1.99.3.tar.gz to the
cvs-snapshot's area; you can fetch it from
http://download.logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/ .

Among other things, this release fixes Debian bug #313545: a problem in
parsing CUPS page_log files.

For those running Debian: packages are available from
http://download.logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/debian/ .

For those who're specifically interested in Debian bug #291063 (Apache
combined logs, referrer URLs featuring non-utf8 encoded %-escaped
characters) (Hi Laurent!): the fix is in
Lire/DlfAnalysers/ReferrerCategoriser.pm.  The fix has quite some room
for improvement, support is welcome.

Please test this release.  If you'd like specific patches to get in: now
is the time to convince me they should get shipped :)
