sorting and limiting a sub-top-n

Hi all,

Does anyone know a way to sort a sub-top-n that didn't originate from querycalc.
And a way to limit the amout of entries in that sup-top 

In case you don't understand what i mean:

I have:

user0			100
  site1			  5
  site2			 10
  site3			  7
  site4			 58
  site5			 10
user1			 80
  site1			 20
  site6			 60

I want:

user0			100
  site4			 58
  site2			 10
  site5			 10
user1			 80
  site6			 60
  site1			 20
