lr_log2xml doesn't accept compressed input

Tnx for reporting it.  It's arguably a bug, though.  lr_log2mail and
lr_log2report support feeding compressed logs (I've just documented
that; documentation on this was lacking.)  These two commands are
intended to be run by Lire users: therefore, they're installed in
@bindir@ (/usr/local/bin/ by default).  The lr_log2xml command however,
is not intended to be run by users directly (as documented in its
manpage).  Therefore, it's installed in @libexecdir@/lire
(/usr/local/libexec/lire/ by default).  Commands which are not intended
to be executed directly by users, often have a somewhat less
userfriendly interface.  I don't think it'd be useful to offer
uncompressing on the fly here.

Anyway, your report was useful: it made me improve the documentation :)
