Question for installation

I want to use software "Lire" to create HTML format report but I really don't have idea how to install DTD for DocBook XML 4.1.2 and Norman Walsh's XSL stylesheets for DocBook. would you mind give me some setup step for those two softwares with Lire? I installed "Lire" on the Slackware Linux.
