AFAIK, SuSE RPMs were never built. If installation of SuSE is possible
via the net (like for Debian, Red Hat or Mandrake), it wouldn't be hard
for me to setup a test system and provide SuSE RPMs along the Red Hat
and Mandrake ones.

For the time being, I think your best strategy would be to install
Lire from sources. It's not really hard once all the required packages
are installed.
