Yes it is and depending on what information you are interested in,
it can be very easy.

Reports are generated based on a report specification which is
an XML file. Since an example is worth a thousand words, the
best way to start is by looking at and starting from an
existing report which you would modify. You'll find
report specifications undef <datadir>/lire/reports . Each subdirectory 
contains the available report specifications for one schema. 

You just have to install your new report specification alongside
the others and hook it in your report configuration file (mysql.cfg).

The XML grammar for the report specifiations is documented in
the Developer's Manual: "The Lire Report Specification Markup Language".

The User's Manual contains information on the report configuration file:
"The Report's Configuration File".
