Lire 1.2.1 cannot generate PDF

I have two SuSE 8.0 machines. On one I have installed Lire 1.2
and have it generating pdf reports

On another identical machine with Lire 1.2.1 I get the below errors
when trying a pdf. The same openjade,tex, etc. packages are on both
machines with Lire configured the same on both. Ideas?
