IIRC, this happens when TMPDIR is set to a directory on a
NFS server. Sets TMPDIR in <sysconf>/lire/defaults.local or
$HOME/.lire/etc/defaults to a local directory (like /var/tmp/lire or
/var/tmp/$USER/) and it should fix the problem.
