New Configuration

I installed lire 1.3.1 from the RedHat 8.0 rpm's from here
http://download.logreport.org/pub/rpm/redhat/8.0/RPMS.lire/
<http://download.logreport.org/pub/rpm/redhat/8.0/RPMS.lire/> . The install
went just fine.
 
Upon trying to configure my first report, I run 'lr_config'. I can for the
life of me figure out how to setup a new report.
 
My goal is this:
 
Have lire run against my Bind9 query log daily, sending the report via
e-mail to me, and archiving the .xml for reuse. 
Then have lire run weekly to create a Weekly Bind9 query report and e-mail
it to me.
Then have lire run weekly to create a Monthly Bind9 query report and e-mail
it to me.
 
 
I've read the user manual, README's etc, to no avail.
 
I remember installing lire in the past and upon running a script (was it
'lr_config') walked me through all the configurations for my different
services. 
 
Am I missing something? 
 
 
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
