Problems getting HTML formatting to work

Hi all,

I'm new to the list, but I can't find anything regarding this.

I'm running Debian unstable, and I'm trying to get the HTML 
formatting to work on my reports.

I've installed the following packages 
(from
http://download.logreport.org/pub/cvs-snapshots/lire-1.2.1.99-20030109-cvs/doc/faq/)

lire
libxml-parser-perl
openjade
docbook-xml
docbook-dsssl
xsltproc
jadetex
libgd-graph-perl

This package (docbook-xsl-stylesheets) wouldn't install.

But, I run the following, and I have no idea why this isn't working:

#  lr_run lr_log2report -o html syslog < /var/log/syslog > test.html
syslog syslog lr_tag-20031222115518-18131 
lr_check_prereq err The DocBook XML V4.1.2 DTD doesn't seem to be installed.
syslog syslog lr_tag-20031222115518-18131

Any thoughts on this? I'm at a total loss.
