It seems as though the documentation part of the website is down, and I can't 
seem to find any information about the lr_debug. Where do I set this at?

Here's the errors that I get without this though.
firewall welf lr_tag-20040107123505-31335 lr_log2report warning more than 5% 
error rate
firewall welf lr_tag-20040107123505-31335 lr_log2report warning log file may 
be bogus: 58418 errors on 58418 lines
firewall welf lr_tag-20040107123505-31335 lr_log2report notice will generate a 
report for the 0 records extracted
