Hmm,

That file looks to me like a remnant of an older Lire installation.
Perhaps an old lire RPMS ?

In 1.4, the Lire::AsciiDlf::GroupOp module is only used when 
merging reports (not generating a report from a log file). The
line in question doesn't reference anything meaningful in
the 1.4 version.
