roblem with ploticus and pdfxmltex

You should either :

1) use lr_config to change the value of these
two configuration variables to point at the correct program. 

2) Re-run ./configure so that it sets the default value of
these configuration variables to the detected ploticus and
pdfxmltex executables. (If they are in your PATH).
