This is because the  "Number of Messages Tagged as SPAM..." and
"Top 10 People..." reports uses a filter-spec which selects only
the records (messages) tagged as SPAM. So you have 1.224.900 messages
tagged as SPAM on 1.941.560 messages (ouch!). The other two reports
do not use any filter so the results were computed on all the
available records.

Perhaps this "filtering" should be indicated in the report's description
(which is empty for now).
