I am wondering which version of Lire you are running?
I am running 1.4 (installed from RPM), and lr_store line 175 doesn't
seem to match at all with the warning messages you are quoting.

On the other hand, the error doesn't appear to be fatal, yet you don't
have any data in your report. This could also be caused by your logfile
not matching with the patterns assumed in the converter. There is at
least one stupid error in the version of the converter which I posted:
it assumes that every new MailScanner batch contains exactly 1 message.
The attached version fixes that (without bothering to attempt to correct
the message size, which isn't reported anyway in the current default
reports).

Hope this helps ...
