lr_config/lr_cron errors

Hola!

I'm trying to use lr_config to setup cron jobs, but while everything seems
to go smoothly while I'm running it, on exit I get a boatload of errors:

  all all UNSET lr_config info started with no argument
  all all UNSET lr_config warning Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/local/share/perl5/Lire/Config/Spec.pm line 135, <FIN> line 4.
  all all UNSET lr_config warning Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/local/share/perl5/Lire/Config/Spec.pm line 135, <FIN> line 4.
  all all UNSET lr_config warning Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/local/share/perl5/Lire/Config/Spec.pm line 135, <FIN> line 4.

... and an attempt to run lr_cron manually fails miserably:

  /usr/local/bin/lr_cron daily
  invalid value for parameter 'lr_service': sendmail at /usr/local/share/perl5/Lire/Config.pm line 405
  No service name specified for cron job lire_daily at /usr/local/bin/lr_cron line 44

lr_check_service does show that sendmail is a valid service, and a
manual report run by using:

  lr_run lr_log2report sendmail > /tmp/report.txt < /var/log/maillog

behaves perfectly.

Has anybody seen this before? I didn't find anything similar when I was
searching through the mailing list archives, unfortunately.

The version of lire that I'm using is current - 1.4.1, and I'm running
a version which I compiled myself under RH9.
