Problem with big Archives?

Hello:
I´m using lire 20020214-7 (from Debian Woody distribution) for squid 
reports. The squid archives are added daily by a cron job in an archive that 
is processed. I´noted that when the archive is bigger than 19 Mb (aprox) the 
reports generateds are empty. I dont´t find nothing  rare in this archive.
I´ve setted LR_MAX_MEMORY to 15Megs
The machine where lire is running is a penium mmx 166 Mhz with 32Mb RAM and 
a lot of disk space. top shows 95% iddle  when lire is not running.
Are LIRE limits?  may be missconfiguration?.
