error: Failed dependencies: lire = 1.5 is needed by lire-html-1.5-1

I'm installing lire-1.5.1 on Whitebox Enterprise Linux
3 from the RPMs downloaded from www.logreport.org.

When I try to install lire-html or lire-pdf I get the
same errors:

[root at dourado lire]# rpm -ivh
lire-html-1.5-1.noarch.rpm
warning: lire-html-1.5-1.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature:
NOKEY, key ID 2cb3f937
error: Failed dependencies:
        lire = 1.5 is needed by lire-html-1.5

And lire is installed: 

[root at dourado lire]# rpm -qa lire
lire-1.5-1

Is this a bug?
I am new to the list, and didn't find a way to search
the list archive.  I'd appreciate if anyone could
point me to the right direction.
